Selected elements of the Resort’s infrastructure operate seasonally, during specific periods or may be temporarily unavailable – due to maintenance, service, modernization work, weather conditions or reasons beyond the Resort's control. In case of temporary unavailability of selected infrastructure elements, the package price remains unchanged. Before arrival, please contact the reception to confirm the current availability of individual infrastructure elements.
Local fee
Please note that based on Resolution no. LV/374/23 of the City Council in Zator dated February 7, 2023, a local fee applies from April 1 to September 30.
The fee is 2.80 PLN for each started day of stay for persons staying in the Zator Municipality longer than one day.
The fee can be paid at the reception upon check-in – by card or cash.
